Radio Tees – Visit Acorn Dairy

Radio Tees join our team members to understand the process of producing your organic milk and getting it to your doorstep.

Adam Clarkson joined Colin at 5am on Thursday morning in the milking parlour and heard about the processes we follow to ensure the cows are happy and the milk is in excellent condition before it heads for bottling.  He then joined Roy in the processing plant at 7am to see it being pasteurised and bottled. That night he came back and joined Simon as he supplied his customers in Croft, Hurworth and Middleton St George with their doorstep milk delivery.  This completed the cycle.
The editing is quite tight on time, but hopefully is shares all little of what we get up to, to get your milk to you.
