17 years.

 

What is your favourite thing about running a small business?

Lovely customers.

 

What does quality mean to you?

Local produce, usually.

 

What is your favourite way to enjoy milk?

In pancakes.

Quality, fun, friendly.

 

What is your favourite product in the shop?

Scrubbies.

 

How do you like your eggs?

Poached.

 

When’s your favourite time of day?

Early morning.

We are now in an old tractor shed and have over 3500 different product lines.

 

How do you choose which products to stock?

Quality, price, company reputation and service.

 

How well do you know your customers?

Very well, most of them have become friends.
